Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 medium Onion minced
  • 1 14 oz tin Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 15 oz can Black Beans drained
  • 4 oz Mexican Cheese Blend shredded
  • 250 grams Pasta cooked according to package directions

Instructions
 

  • Brown beef in a pan.
  • Add onions and sautee until translucent.
  • Stir in taco seasoning.
  • Add diced tomatoes and black beans. Bring to a simmer.
  • Toss in the cooked pasta.
  • Top with shredded cheese to serve.
