Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Chicken Breast Fillet cut into strips
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup Minced Onions
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • ΒΌ cup Shredded Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 200 grams Cooked Bowtie Pasta

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan.
  • Add chicken and sear until light brown.
  • Add onions and garlic. Sautee until aromatic.
  • Add marinara and bring to a simmer.
  • Toss in cooked pasta and parmesan.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley to serve.
