  • 4 slices White Bread crusts trimmed off
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • For the Filling
  • 1/3 cup Butter softened
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • For the Icing
  • 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Milk


  • Whisk together butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Cut crust off bread
  • Spread cinnamon butter onto slices of bread and roll into logs.
  • Whisk together egg, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl deep dish.
  • Dip each roll in the milk mixture until evenly coated.

  • Toast roll-ups until golden on all sides.
