- 4 slices White Bread crusts trimmed off
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Butter
- For the Filling
- 4 tbsp Cream Cheese softened
- 1 tbsp Butter softened
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
- For the Icing
- 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Milk
Whisk together ingredients for the filling in a bowl.
Cut crust of bread & roll to flatten
Spread prepared filling onto slices of bread and roll into logs.
Whisk together egg, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl deep dish.
Dip each roll in the milk mixture until evenly coated.
Heat butter in a non-stick skillet.
Toast roll-ups until golden on all sides.
Stir together powdered sugar and milk in a bowl. Drizzle over roll ups to serve.
