Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices White Bread crusts trimmed off
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • For the Filling
  • 4 tbsp Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp Butter softened
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • For the Icing
  • 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Milk

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together ingredients for the filling in a bowl.
  • Cut crust of bread & roll to flatten
  • Spread prepared filling onto slices of bread and roll into logs.
  • Whisk together egg, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl deep dish.
  • Dip each roll in the milk mixture until evenly coated.
  • Heat butter in a non-stick skillet.
  • Toast roll-ups until golden on all sides.
  • Stir together powdered sugar and milk in a bowl. Drizzle over roll ups to serve.
