Dough:
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
- ΒΌ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- Β½ cup Water
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Filling:
- ΒΌ cup Pizza sauce
- 1 cup Chopped Pepperoni
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
Make a well in the center then blend in the water and olive oil.
Transfer the dough onto a lightly-floured surface then knead until smooth.
Divide the dough into 4 balls.
Take each ball and roll out into a ΒΌβ circle.
Spread pizza sauce onto the pieces of dough leaving about an inch on the sides.
Top with pepperoni and mozzarella.
Fold in half and crimp the edges with a fork.
Bake for 20 minutes at 425F.
