Ingredients
  

Dough:

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
  • ΒΌ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • Β½ cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Filling:

  • ΒΌ cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Chopped Pepperoni
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
  • Make a well in the center then blend in the water and olive oil.
  • Transfer the dough onto a lightly-floured surface then knead until smooth.
  • Divide the dough into 4 balls.
  • Take each ball and roll out into a ¼” circle.
  • Spread pizza sauce onto the pieces of dough leaving about an inch on the sides.
  • Top with pepperoni and mozzarella.
  • Fold in half and crimp the edges with a fork.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 425F.
