  • 4 slices White Bread
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • For the Filling
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp Butter softened
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder


  • Whisk together ingredients for the filling in a bowl.
  • Spread prepared filling onto a slice of bread. Top with another slice to form a sandwich. Repeat for the remaining ingredients.
  • Press sandwiches in a sandwich sealer.
  • Whisk together egg, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl deep dish.
  • Dip sandwich pockets in the milk mixture until evenly coated.
  • Heat butter in a non-stick skillet.
  • Toast sandwich pockets until golden on all sides.
