- 4 slices White Bread crusts trimmed off
- 1 Egg
- Β½ cup Milk
- Β½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Butter
- ΒΌ cup Peanut Butter
- 1 medium Banana sliced into wedges
- 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
Spread peanut butter onto a slice of bread.
Put a slice of banana near one edge of the bread.
Roll all the way to the other end forming a log.
