Ingredients
  

  • cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 8 Oreos roughly chopped
  • For the Frosting
  • 1/4 cup Cream Cheese softened
  • ¼ cup Soft Butter
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F and line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  • Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, blend together egg, oil, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.
  • Stir the milk in just until batter is smooth.
  • Fold in the chopped Oreos.
  • Divide the batter into the muffin pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, blend together ingredients for the frosting.
  • Take muffins out of the oven and leave to cool before frosting.
