- 1 Egg
- Β½ cup Milk
- Β½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Β½ cup Fruit Loops Cereal slightly crushed
For the Icing:
- ΒΌ cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 tsp Milk
Top bread slices with crushed cereal.
Roll into a log.
Whisk together egg, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl deep dish.
Dip each roll in the milk mixture until evenly coated.
Heat butter in a non-stick skillet.
Toast roll-ups until golden on all sides.
Whisk together powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
Drizzle icing over roll ups and top garnish with more crushed Fruit Loops.
