Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices White Bread crusts trimmed off
  • 1 Egg
  • Β½ cup Milk
  • Β½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Β½ cup Fruit Loops Cereal slightly crushed

For the Icing:

  • ΒΌ cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tsp Milk

Instructions
 

  • Top bread slices with crushed cereal.
  • Roll into a log.
  • Whisk together egg, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl deep dish.
  • Dip each roll in the milk mixture until evenly coated.
  • Heat butter in a non-stick skillet.
  • Toast roll-ups until golden on all sides.
  • Whisk together powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
  • Drizzle icing over roll ups and top garnish with more crushed Fruit Loops.
