- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- pinch of Salt
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 cup Milk
- ΒΌ cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Maple Syrup for serving
- For the Egg Dip
- 1 Egg
- Β½ cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Blend in the egg, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla extract.
Ladle batter into a lightly oiled waffle iron and cook.
Cut waffles into sticks.
Whisk together milk, egg, and vanilla extract in a deep dish.
Melt butter in a non-stick pan.
Dip waffle sticks into the egg mixture and fry in the pan until golden on all sides.
Serve with maple syrup on the side.
