- 250 grams Smoked Bacon chopped
- 1 small Shallot minced
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- ΒΌ cup Shredded Parmesan
- 150 grams Cooked Fettuccine
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
Cook bacon in a pan until fat is rendered.
Add shallots and sautΓ© until soft.
Whisk in heavy cream. Simmer until thickened.
Toss in pasta.
Season with salt and pepper.
Top with shredded parmesan and chopped parsley to serve.
