Creamy Tomato Chicken and Chorizo Pasta

- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Chorizo Sausage sliced
- 150 grams Chicken Breast diced
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- ½ cup Diced Tomatoes
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- 200 grams Cooked Linguine
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Add chorizo and cook until fat is rendered.
Add chicken pieces and cook until brown.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Sautee until aromatic.
Add diced tomatoes. Stir briefly.
Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Toss in cooked pasta.
Season with salt and pepper.
Top with grated parmesan and fresh parsley.
