Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Chorizo Sausage sliced
  • 150 grams Chicken Breast diced
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • ½ cup Diced Tomatoes
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • 200 grams Cooked Linguine
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan
  • Fresh Parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a pan.
  • Add chorizo and cook until fat is rendered.
  • Add chicken pieces and cook until brown.
  • Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Sautee until aromatic.
  • Add diced tomatoes. Stir briefly.
  • Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Toss in cooked pasta.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Top with grated parmesan and fresh parsley.
