In a large pot, pour two tablespoons of oil, wait for it to heat up, and immediately add the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic. Saute it for a few minutes.
Add the shredded ground beef. Mix the meat with the onion. Try to break up the clumps of meat. Season with mustard powder, salt, and pepper.
Add diced tomato, ketchup, and tomato paste. Continue cooking until the meat has lost all its pink color.
Pour the broth into the pot, and wait until it is boiling.
Add the pasta to the pot and cook for about seven minutes.
Before turning off the stove, add the diced pickles and cheddar cheese, stir. Taste and add salt if necessary
