Gluten Free Spinach Feta Pasta

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup tomato marinara sauce
  • 5 oz. crumbled feta cheese
  • 6 cubes frozen spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ lb. cooked gluten-free fusilli pasta


  • In an 8-inch casserole pan add the olive oil, marinara sauce and crumble some feta cheese on top.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, dried oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Add the frozen spinach cubes and bake in an already heated oven at 350 F or 180 C degrees for about 20 minutes.
  • Finally, place the cooked pasta in the baked spinach and feta sauce and mix until everything is coated with the sauce.
  • Serve and enjoy.
