- 6 Boneless skinless chicken thighs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ tsp. Paprika
- ½ tsp. Oregano
- ½ tsp. Basil
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 Small onion quartered
- 3 tsp. Minced garlic
- ½ C. Chicken broth
- 1 Lemon cut into slices
Add the olive oil to a skillet over medium high heat.
Season the chicken on both sides with the paprika, oregano, basil and salt and pepper to taste.
Sear the chicken evenly on both sides to brown it.
Place the onion, minced garlic and chicken broth in the bottom of the crockpot.
Add the chicken to the crockpot.
Top the chicken with the sliced lemon.
Cook on high for 4 hours.
