Preheat your air fryer to 385 while you prep the tortillas.
Using a sharp knife, cut 5-10 tortillas at a time, into 6 triangles.
Line them on a baking sheet, then spray lightly with cooking spray, and sprinkle with Tijan seasoning.
Place in a single layer in the air fryer for 2 minutes, then flip them and cook for another 2-3 minutes, just until done. Too long, and the ends will darken and crisp up too much.
Remove from the air fryer and make your next batch.
Store in an airtight bag or container.
