Garlic Beef and Broccoli Lo Mein

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 150 grams Beef Tenderloin sliced into thin strips
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • ½ tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1 small head of Broccoli cut into florets
  • 200 grams Egg Noodles
  • 1 tsp Roasted Sesame Seeds

For the Sauce:

  • Stir together all ingredients for the sauce. Set aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok.
  • Add beef and stir for a minute.
  • Add garlic and ginger. Stir until aromatic.
  • Add broccoli and stir for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add sauce and bring to a simmer.
  • Toss in noodles.
  • Top with sesame seeds to serve.
