Garlic Beef and Broccoli Lo Mein

- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 150 grams Beef Tenderloin sliced into thin strips
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- ½ tsp Grated Ginger
- 1 small head of Broccoli cut into florets
- 200 grams Egg Noodles
- 1 tsp Roasted Sesame Seeds
For the Sauce:
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- ¼ cup Chicken Stock
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
Stir together all ingredients for the sauce. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok.
Add beef and stir for a minute.
Add garlic and ginger. Stir until aromatic.
Add broccoli and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Add sauce and bring to a simmer.
Toss in noodles.
Top with sesame seeds to serve.
