Ingredients
  

  • 19 oz Cheese Tortellini
  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 14.5 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 16 oz Sausage
  • 32 oz Chicken Stock
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Turn the instant pot onto sauté & brown the sausage.
  • Once the sausage is browned, add the tomatoes (juices included), tortellini, salt, pepper, cream cheese & chicken stock.
  • Mix well.
  • Close and seal the instant pot. Turn the instant pot on manual high for 5 minutes.
  • Quick release.
  • Turn the instant pot onto sauté and stir in the spinach.
