Mexican Chicken and Avocado Sliders
Bite into these delicious Mexican chicken and avocado sliders today.
- ½ lb. Shredded chicken
- 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Taco seasoning
- ¼ C. Salsa
- 1 Avocado sliced
- ¼ C. Sour cream
- Slider buns
Heat the oil in a skillet on the stove.
Add the chicken and taco seasoning to the skillet, and saute until hot and well combined.
Remove from the heat, and stir in the salsa.
Place a serving of the chicken on the bottom of each of the slider buns.
Top the chicken with a slice of avocado and dollop of sour cream.
Place the top of the bun on each sandwich and serve.
