Bob Marley Gelatin Shots

Ingredients
  

  • 1-3 oz box Strawberry gelatin
  • 1- 30 z box Pineapple gelatin
  • 1 - 3 oz box Lime gelatin
  • 3 C Hot water 1 cup for each gelatin
  • 1 cup chilled Cuban Rum
  • 1 cup chilled Banana liquor
  • 1 cup chilled Malibu Rum
  • Plastic shot cups

Instructions
 

Red Layer:

  • Add Strawberry Gelatin in a bowl.
  • Add 1 cup of hot water to the Gelatin mixture.
  • Whisk until the gelatin has dissolved.
  • Set aside to cool to room temperature.
  • Add in chilled Cuban Rum.
  • Mix until combined.
  • Pour this into ⅓ of the way in the plastic shot cups.
  • Place in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour.

Yellow Layer:

  • Add Pineapple Gelatin in a bowl.
  • Add 1 cup of hot water to the Gelatin mixture.
  • Whisk until the gelatin has dissolved.
  • Set aside to cool to room temperature.
  • Add in chilled Banana Liquor.
  • Mix until combined.
  • Pour this on top of the cherry gelatin ⅓ of the way in the plastic shot cups.
  • Place in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour.

Green Layer:

  • Add Lime gelatin in a bowl.
  • Add 1 cup of hot water to the gelatin mixture.
  • Whisk until the gelatin has dissolved.
  • Set aside to cool to room temperature.
  • Add in chilled Malibu Rum.
  • Mix until combined.
  • Pour this onto the Pineapple and fill to the top.
  • Place in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour.

Garnish:

  • Thin slice of an orange cut in thirds
