- 1.5 tbsp Peanut Oil
- 200 grams Chinese Chorizo sliced
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Minced Ginger
- 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
- ½ cup Sliced Carrots
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 blocks Instant Ramen cooked according to instructions
- ¼ cup Chopped Spring Onions
Heat peanut oil in a wok.
Add chorizo slices and cook until fat is rendered.
Add ginger and garlic. Sautee until aromatic.
Add cabbage and carrots. Stir for 1-2 minutes.
Add cooked ramen and oyster sauce. Toss well.
Garnish with spring onions.
