Ingredients
  

  • 750 grams Potatoes cubed
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • 1/3 cup Heavy Cream
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 3-4 cloves of Garlic peeled

Instructions
 

  • Wrap garlic cloves in a packet of foil. Drizzle a bit of olive oil and roast in the oven for 30 minutes at 350F.
  • Meanwhile, put potatoes in a pot and cover with water. Boil for 20 minutes or until fork tender.
  • Drain the potatoes and return to the pot together with the cream, butter, and roasted garlic.
  • Mash until well blended.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
