  • 2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup Hershey’s Special Dark Chocolate Syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt


  • In a large mixing bowl, using a hand or stand mixer, whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks (about 3 minutes.)
  • In a separate bowl, mix the condensed milk, chocolate syrup, vanilla, and salt, whisking until smooth.
  • Fold the mixture from step 2 into the whipped cream until well incorporated. Add the mixture to a freezer-safe loaf pan and freeze until hard (about 2 hours.)
