  • 8 Lasagna Layer Noodles
  • 2 cup Bolognese Sauce
  • 2 cup Mozzarella Cheese Balls (or fresh mozzarella discs or slices)
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil


  • Cook lasagna layers according to package. Reserve.
  • Cut fresh basil
  • Directly over the final serving dish, layer lasagna, bolognese sauce, bocconcini, basil and olive oil. Make 3 layers in total.
  • Microwave for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy!


Tip: this is a fresh dish with a twist - but if you’d like to make it a bit more similar to regular lasagna, you can top with a bit of Parmesan cheese and microwave for 4 more minutes - cheeses will melt and you’ll get a comfy and hot dish
