Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Cinnamon Sugar:

  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon Powder

Icing:

  • 2 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Soft Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Blend wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  • Pour half of the batter into a 9”x5” loaf pan lined with parchment.
  • Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar on top.
  • Pour in the remaining batter and swirl with a knife.
  • Top with the reamining cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Bake for 45 minutes at 350F.
  • Meanwhile, blend all ingredients for the icing in a bowl.
  • Take bread out of the oven and allow to cool slightly before unmolding.
  • Top with icing.
  • Slice.
