Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Blend wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Pour half of the batter into a 9”x5” loaf pan lined with parchment.
Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar on top.
Pour in the remaining batter and swirl with a knife.
Top with the reamining cinnamon sugar mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350F.
Meanwhile, blend all ingredients for the icing in a bowl.
Take bread out of the oven and allow to cool slightly before unmolding.
Top with icing.
