Gluten-Free Rice Krispies Cereal Bars Recipe
Try these rice krispies cereal bars for breakfast, snack, or dessert. They are gluten Free!
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- ½ cup Honey
- 3 cups Gluten-Free Rice Krispies
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Combine peanut butter and honey in a saucepan. Stir over low heat until fully melted.
Take off the heat then stir in rice krispies and chocolate chips.
Pack the mixture into an 8” pan lined with parchment.
Chill for at least an hour.
Unmold and cut into serving portions.
