Gluten-Free Rice Krispies Cereal Bars Recipe

Try these rice krispies cereal bars for breakfast, snack, or dessert. They are gluten Free!

  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • ½ cup Honey
  • 3 cups Gluten-Free Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips


  • Combine peanut butter and honey in a saucepan. Stir over low heat until fully melted.
  • Take off the heat then stir in rice krispies and chocolate chips.
  • Pack the mixture into an 8” pan lined with parchment.
  • Chill for at least an hour.
  • Unmold and cut into serving portions.
