Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins
Super delicious pumpkin cream cheese muffins. Enjoy these pumpkin muffins today.
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
- ¼ cup Pumpkin Puree
- 2 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- ¼ cup Canola Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
For the Icing:
- 1/3 cup Powder Sugar
- 1 tbsp Milk
Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin spice in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, blend together cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and sugar. Add the egg, oil, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Divide the batter into a lightly-oiled muffin pan.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350F.
Blend powdered sugar and milk in a bowl.
Take muffins out of the oven and leave to cool before frosting.
