Apple Pie Egg Rolls
- 2 Apples peeled and diced
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Butter plus more for brushing
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- ¼ cup Water
- 6 sheets Egg Roll Wrappers
- Powdered Sugar for dusting
Combine apples, water, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a non-stick pan. Simmer for 10 minutes. Set aside and allow to cool.
Spoon filling onto a sheet of egg roll wrapper.
Roll from one edge to the other, brushing edges lightly with water to seal.
Arrange rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Brush lightly with butter and bake for 10-15 minutes at 425F.
Dust with powdered sugar to serve.
