Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 2 Apples peeled and diced
  • Vegetable Oil for frying
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Milk

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Whisk in egg, sugar, and milk.
  • Fold the apples into the batter.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Drop heaping spoonfuls of the batter into the oil and fry until golden on both sides.
  • Drain excess oil on paper towels.
  • Blend together powdered sugar and milk in bowl. Drizzle over the fritters.
