Easy Apple Fritters

- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 2 Apples peeled and diced
- Vegetable Oil for frying
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 tbsp Milk
Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl. Set aside.
Whisk in egg, sugar, and milk.
Fold the apples into the batter.
Heat oil in a pan.
Drop heaping spoonfuls of the batter into the oil and fry until golden on both sides.
Drain excess oil on paper towels.
Blend together powdered sugar and milk in bowl. Drizzle over the fritters.
