Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

- 200 grams Chicken Breast Fillets cut into strips
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Minced Shallots
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Chicken Stock
- ¼ cup Heavy Cream
- 3 tbsp Shredded Parmesan
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 200 grams Cooked Bowtie Pasta
Lightly season chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat butter in a pan.
Add chicken and brown on both sides & cooked.
Add shallots and garlic into the pan. Sautee until aromatic.
Add stock and bring to a simmer and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add cream and parmesan. Simmer over low heat until thick.
Toss in the cooked pasta & mix well
