- 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
- ½ cup Shredded Carrots
- ½ cup Sliced White Onion
- 200 grams Cooked Soba Noodles
- ¼ cup Chopped Spring Onions
For the Sauce:
- 1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Chili-Garlic Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
Instructions
- Stir together ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Set aside.
