How To Make Cheddar Garlic Beer Bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a loaf pan by greasing with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and sugar.
Add the beer and stir until a soft dough begins to form.
Stir in the shredded cheese.
Place the dough in the prepared bread pan and bake for 45 to 55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and allow to cool in the pan for 5 to 10 minutes, then transfer loaf to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
Combine the butter, garlic powder and dried parsley in a small bowl.
Brush the mixture over the top of the bread before serving.

- 3 cup flour
- 4 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 can of beer
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Ingredients for the butter topping:
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
