Keto Sheet Pan Pizza

Ingredients
- 0.5 lb. ground pork
- 2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 2 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 Β½ cup almond flour
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ΒΌ cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 Eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Toppings:
- Β½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ΒΌ cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- Β½ green bell pepper, seeded, sliced
- 6 black pitted olives, halved
- 2 ounce thinly sliced pepperoni
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 365F:
- In a mixing bowl, combine pork, Italian Seasoning, cream cheese, almond flour, mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, eggs, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well to combine thoroughly.
- Line a sheet pan with baking paper.
- Transfer the mixture into a 13x9-inch sheet pan and press down with a spatula to distribute evenly.
- Bake the crust for 15 minutes.
- Remove the crust from the oven. Top the crust with mozzarella, Cheddar, bell pepper, pepperoni, and olives.
- Continue to bake the pizza for 25 minutes.
- Cool the pizza for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
