How to Make Mongolian Beef Ramen
Stir together all ingredients for the stir-fry sauce.
Heat peanut oil in a wok.
Add ginger and garlic. Sautee until aromatic.
Add beef slices and stir for a minute.
Add half the stir-fry sauce to beef.
Add cabbage and carrots. Stir for 1-2 minutes.
Add cooked ramen and remainder of stir-fry sauce.
Toss well.
Garnish with spring onions.

- 1.5 tbsp Peanut Oil
- 200 grams Beef Sirloin thinly sliced
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Minced Ginger
- 2 cups Chopped Cabbage
- Β½ cup Sliced Carrots
- 2 blocks Instant Ramen cooked according to instructions
- ΒΌ cup Chopped Spring Onions
- Stir-Fry Sauce:
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Chili-Garlic Sauce
- 2 tsp Brown Sugar
Instructions
- Stir together all ingredients for the stir-fry sauce.
- Heat peanut oil in a wok.
- Add ginger and garlic. Sautee until aromatic.
- Add beef slices and stir for a minute.
- Add cabbage and carrots. Stir for 1-2 minutes.
- Add cooked ramen and stir-fry sauce. Toss well.
- Garnish with spring onions.
