Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 200 grams Ground Beef
  • ΒΌ cup Diced White Onions
  • 1-2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Β½ cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Velveeta Cheese
  • 150 grams cooked Macaroni
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Spring Onions

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a pan.
  • Add ground beef and cook until brown.
  • Add onions and sautΓ© until translucent.
  • Season with salt and taco spice.
  • Add in heavy cream and Velveeta. Stir over low heat until cheese is fully melted.
  • Toss in macaroni.
  • Top with fresh spring onions to serve.
