Keto Almond And Pecan Cookies
keto almond and pecan cookies
- 1 ¼ cup Almond Flour
- 8 Pecans
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp. Stevia or your favorite sweetener
Preheat oven to 180ºC/350ºF.
Mix all ingredients except pecans until well combined.
Cover a baking sheet with baking paper.
Use an ice cream scoop to serve the batter in 8 cookies over the baking paper.
Place one pecan over each cookie.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
Remove from oven and let them cool before serving.
