This recipe sounds delicious! Could I use mini Bundt cake pan and cook it the same way?

I made these today using my mini Bundt pans and cooked for 15 minutes and did a vanilla icing. They were amazing and would have been wjust as good without the icing! Wonderful recipe. Thanks for sharing! 😋

These muffies are fantistic! Whether you make them into mini muffins, standard sized muffins or jumbo muffins, they all cook at around the same time (20 minutes). I did add 5 minutes to the jumbos and they came out fine. Just use a toothpick poke to test for doneness.

Made these yesterday 12/13/2022 and they are amazing. Made them in a jumbo muffin tin and you will need to add 10-12 minutes to your cooking time. I see another batch being made Christmas morning.
