How To Make Brownie Cookies
Preheat oven to 325F.
Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, blend together cocoa powder, sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla.
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Scoop the dough into balls and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Flatten each ball slightly.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Take out of the oven and leave to cool on the pan for 10-15 minutes.
