- 1/3 cup Diced White Onion
- 1/3 cup Diced Carrots
- 1/3 cup Diced Celery
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 3 cups Chicken Stock
- 100 grams Linguine or Fettuccine broken into pieces
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
