How To Make Pancake Breakfast Tacos
Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Blend in the egg, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla extract.
Heat butter in a non-stick skillet.
Ladle batter into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Flip and cook for another minute.
Take each pancake and fill with a strip of bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheese.
Fold in half like a taco.
Serve with maple syrup on the side.

- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- pinch of Salt
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 cup Milk
- ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Butter
- for the Filling
- 4 strips Bacon cooked
- 6 Eggs cooked(scrambled)
- ¼ cup American Cheese
- For Serving
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
