Whisk together flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
Mix together crushed cracker and parmesan in a separate bowl.
Toss in chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
Shake excess breading from the chicken and coat in egg.

- ¼ tsp Pepper

- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Crushed Cheez-It Crackers
- 1/3 cup Grated Parmesan
- Ranch Dipping Sauce
