M & M Cookie Mug Cake
Ingredients
- ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- ¼ tsp Baking Powder
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp M&M Candies
- 1 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
Instructions
- Whisk together milk, vegetable oil, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Blend in flour and baking powder until smooth.
- Fold in M&M’s into the batter.
- Pour the batter into a microwave-safe mug, leaving space from the top to keep the batter from overflowing as it cooks.
- Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup on top to serve.
