Brown beef in a pan.
Add onions and garlic.
Sautee until aromatic.
Stir in taco seasoning.
Lightly brush a muffin tin with oil.
Line each cavity with two sheets of wonton wrapper.

Take out of the oven and leave to cool.

- ½ cup Minced White Onions
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Taco Spice Mix
- 1 cup Mexican Cheese Blend
- 24 Wonton Wrappers
- ½ cup Jarred Salsa
