How To Make Taco Egg Rolls
Brown the ground beef in a pan.
Add white onions and black beans.
Stir for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in taco seasoning and salt.
Take off the heat and leave to cool.
Stir in the tomatoes and cheese.

Roll tightly from edge to edge, tucking in the sides.

- 1 tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 15 oz Black Beans drained
- 1/4 cup Diced White Onions
- 1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes
- 4 oz Mexican Cheese Blend shredded
- 4 Egg Roll Wrappers
- Vegetable Oil for frying
